Abstract
Marimar Torres is part of the Torres Wines Company, a well-known Spanish wine producer that sells its wines all over the world. Early in her career, Marimar was in charge of the exports of Torres in the USA market and achieved after a few years, an important success. She then decided to live in San Francisco and asked her father to help in starting her own wine company, Marimar Torres Estate (MTE). It is located in the Sonoma River Valley. MTE has developed into a small, successful company that produces and sells high quality wine, both in the USA and in Europe. At present, Marimar is starting to think about the next step of the company, including a plan to integrate her daughter in the day to day management and, eventually, the ownership.
