Abstract
This is part of a case series. In early 1991, Greg Survant, Program Manager at Lexmark International Inc, was given the task of developing a low-price printer designed to compete head on with the highly successful Hewlett Packard Laserjet IIP. The (C) case focuses on 'what happened' after the events described in the (B) case. It relates how the Lexmark-Minco development team overcame challenges and the results it achieved.
