Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-3-1541 and IMD-4-1542). This case ties in with the strategic choices developed in the (A) case. It describes the triggering event which had previously led to the set of strategic options. The reader will be enlightened about the actual decision of the venture''s management in regards to these options. Afterthoughts are shared to feature discussion and understanding of key factors which eventually influenced the decision.
