Abstract
This is the French version of ''9A98D016''. The owner of Jeffries Hardwood Flooring is examining whether his current production set-up can handle an increase in output. He will have to evaluate his operation: (1) examine the production process and identify it appropriately; (2) given data, calculate the capacities of each work station; (3) identify the capacity/production constraints and bottlenecks; and (4) make recommendations. This exercise should be used after an introduction to process identification and process analysis.
