Abstract

The note examines the produce industry in China. Particular attention is given to the expansion of manufacturing, infrastructure investment and increased productivity. Concepts studied include analysis supranational, macro, meso, micro, and firm drivers for the Chinese produce industry. The note concludes that the Chinese produce industry will improve, but will take time to reach its maximum potential.
