Abstract
This is the Spanish version of ''9A86C057''. The communications manager of a large petroleum refining company must review the design of the organization in regards to its'' ethical corporate culture. Various organizations design efforts have been made including: a code of business practices, an annual sign-off, training and development, recruitment and selection, and a focus on ethics in the overall framework of management control. Despite the culture, two incidents have recently occurred, which causes the communications manager to wonder whether enough has been done.
