Abstract

This is a supplement to Maintrel (A), product 9A75J009. The engineering manager at Maintrel has just received the resignation letter from the company''s best designer after finding out his recommendations on a key project have been declined. The manager is concerned that this decision may jeopardize the relationship with the client and investigates the issue further. He finds out the customer''s concerns are the same as the designer''s recommendations. The supplements Maintrel (C) and (D), products 9A75J011 and 9A75J012, discuss how he responds to the engineering designer.
