In his letter, Kelleher responds, thoughtfully and in detail, to two Darden cases concerning the experiences that a Darden student had while flying Southwest Airlines and JetBlue Airways. The case is a good follow-on for both ''Marlene’s Marvelous Adventure: Southwest Airlines'' (UVA-OM-1152) and ''Marlene’s Marvelous Adventure: JetBlue Airways'' (UVA-OM-1153).
