Abstract
This is the simplified Chinese version of ''9A87G002''. This case is about a small American auto parts producer trying to diversify his way out of dependence on the Big Three. Having signed a license agreement in the UK, the company now faces an opportunity to establish a joint venture in France for the EU. However, the prospect upsets the UK licensee who is clearly doing very well. The case ends with the company, run off its feet in North America, trying to decide whether to enter Europe via licensing, joint venture or direct investment.
