Abstract

This is the first of a three-case series (DPO-0045-E to DPO-0047-E). Jack and Diana Civello have had successful careers in the same organisation. They met and were married while working together. As the years have passed, it has become apparent that of the two, Diana is more likely to make it into a top executive job, maybe even rising to being the CEO of a major corporation. This leaves Jack with certain decisions to make about his own career.
