The textile industry of Pakistan is transforming from a production to a people oriented industry. Intertex, a leading company in the industry, has been facing challenges of high employee turnover and diminishing satisfaction. A conflict is evolving between employees that started with the organisation years back and new incumbents. The new incumbents believe that old employees are not open to change according to the contemporary environment, while old employees believe that the new incumbents do not deserve the status they enjoy in the organisation. To overcome the issue, the company has developed a project titled ''Care'' that may instil a caring and sharing culture through social networking.
