The case considers the issue of creating a well-developed marketing information system in a St Petersburg-based company. The company is positioned as a system integrator in the market. The state of the company is described, as well as the company''s marketing processes. The goal of implementing special software is dictated by the fact that the marketing department activities should be automated in order to increase profitability and clientele satisfaction. Within the framework of this concept, the company improves the relationship with their clients. The case describes how the choice of software was made, provides the criteria for making the choice and offers ways of reaching a complex solution.
