This supporting video is to accompany the case. This case charts the activities undertaken by the Network Rail senior management team after it acquired Railtrack in 2002. It presents the strategy to restructure the company and to stabilise performance. It puts students in the position of key decision-makers and asks them to consider how they would prioritise action to meet stakeholder expectations.
