This supporting video is to accompany the case. This case presents how Network Rail is starting to show signs of improved performance on a range of criteria. Much of what has been achieved has been due to the intense focus on turning the business around. It puts students in the position of key decision-makers and asks them to consider the underlying cultural issues effecting staff engagement and wider stakeholder issues impacting its vision to sustain momentum.
