Abstract

The owners of this rapidly growing premium wine-producing firm have been very successful in selling their products in the domestic market. They have also faced growing challenges in their management of working capital. A recent offer to sell the firm has been received. One of the owners is leaning in that direction, while the other would like to continue current operations. Each alternative action plan must be analyzed, but only one can be implemented.
