SR Corp has developed a technological breakthrough in speech recognition systems, a key component in cost reduction efforts for companies with heavy telephone usage for customer service, directory assistance, or reservations systems. SR Corp now must set priorities; it has resources to exploit only one of the three market segments it has identified.
