Abstract
This video introduces Suneel Bakhshi, the managing director of the Sales and Trading Unit in CEEMEA, and provides useful explanations about how he improved the information, people and IT capabilities of this unit during 2.5 years and the impacts on business performance improvement these changes had. The video also describes how he made the changes happen and what tools and techniques he used to create an environment among his 350 professionals whereby they were motivated to express, share and use their knowledge for the unit''s benefits and their own.
