Abstract
''To Embark or Employ yourself'' is a case that describes Raul Rico''s situation and has the main intention for the students to analyze, evaluate and make a decision when faced with the dilemma Raul had in 2004. He was about to make a decision. Should he become an employee or an employer? Both seemed attractive. He has several good job offers, with a good salary and also has the technical knowledge needed to attain a good position. However, the idea of forming a business has again sprung up and could be an attractive option.
