Abstract
In 2002, Bikor, SA de CV had sales of almost 211 million pesos, however it did not reach the expected profits the owner had. Therefore, he fired the general director and the sales director. Francisco Armadura was contracted as the new Sales Director with the objective of reaching the projected profits for 2003.
