Abstract
The Aspire company had grown considerable in its 10 years of existence; however, in its actual state it had informal managerial and procedural problems that maintained it at a small business status. The employees had too much flexibility, which often caused the development and monitoring of activities to be slow and with delays. What was wanted from them was for them to take initiatives.
