This case describes the decision of whether to sell or not Pablo Magallanes'' ranch during the problematic year of 2001 in Mexico. The ranch has 400 head of Angus cattle. He has received an offer which he must analyze using financial analysis tools (VPN, TIR) in order to make a decision.
