Abstract
At the beginning of 1990 Goiti arrived in Guadalajara, brought by Javier Perochena and his brother Jose. Growth was such that in 4 years they opened two more branches, with the help of bank loans and trusting in Mexico''s bright future. However, the situation changed. At the beginning of 1996, they had to close the two branches and reduce the main store by 50%.
