Abstract
The SS Group is formed by four drugstores owned by the Martinez brothers in Ixtlan del Rio, Nayarit. The drugstores, besides the sales of drugs, offer other products such as stationary, perfumes and food staples, through both self service and customer service. In the present case, detailed information is provided of the company''s background, the drug industry, the competition and the operation of the company. Besides, the distribution of products and images of a branch are provided. All of this in order for the students to have enough information so that they can propose solutions to the problems the company has. The problem being that the company''s image had to be changed so that they are better prepared to face the competition and, more specifically, the arrival of drugstore chains to the city.
