Benito Nuno was Director at Maquiser Industrial, a family business dedicated to the manufacturing of electronic components. 9 of 11 brothers worked in the company. Benito owned the property together with two other brothers and the other six were part of the staff. For several years, there had been arguments among the partner brothers. Besides, low performance by the workers, loss of sales, organizational and quality problems had been detected.
