Abstract
Today, multinationals have multiple plants and multiple markets across the globe, and how to best serve existing markets with existing plants is a very challenging issue. Two important orientations of such network configuration are market focus and product focus. This paper describes the transition of network from market focus to product focus using the experience of a well known company.
