Abstract
The cash conversion cycle, introduced in this chapter, measures how effective a company is at collecting its cash. The cycle can be shortened by the techniques discussed: decreasing days of sales outstanding (DSO), decreasing inventory, and increasing days payable outstanding (DPO).
