Abstract
Once the ''service centre'' had been installed in Barcelona, an audit was carried out which analysed the centre''s own accounts, the added value provided by the centre, and the advantages that could be achieved by the project of centralising the organisation. In view of the results obtained, the auditors presented a favourable report.
