Abstract
This case in Thailand introduces some of the ethical and moral dilemmas that can confront expatriate managers working in the Asia Pacific region. To illustrate the problems in managing multi-cultural teams in the Asia-Pacific environment. More specifically, it covers issues encountered by both the expatriate management and corporations involved in project management in a developing country. The case also expresses ethical dilemmas such as bribery and corruption, environmental and safety standards, and social change in Asia.
