Abstract
This is a Spanish translation of the case ''IMD-2-0078''. This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-2-0077 and IMD-2-0078). The (B) case describes how Rohner Textil AG, having successfully created a niche for its products in the marketplace, strives to continue its global competitiveness with sustainability. As of 1998, the company''s new challenges were to widen its product range, manage its growth and integrate social issues into economic and ecological considerations, while remaining innovative and profitable.
