Abstract

This case deals with the dilemma of Mr Dixit who is the Vice President Industrial Relations of the Mohan Tubes Pvt Ltd. The dilemma is about how to handle a Foreman named Maniklal, a C-category workman in the organisation, who is viewed as a potential problem by his officers in spite of him being an efficient employee with high potential.
