A complaint is made to Bharat's father regarding his son's actions. Bharat's father is of the opinion that his son's actions do not require severe punishment and expresses the same to the principal of the college. The principal, however, feels that Bharat should be punished so that he can learn a lesson and does not repeat such behaviour in future.
