Abstract

Experience in coaching managers and professional staff has demonstrated that there is considerable value in helping an individual frame opportunities in ways that facilitate issues and actions in conversations with colleagues and others not well acquianted with the situation. In order to engage others quickly in these conversations, we have prepared specific guidance statements to help frame challenges as engaging stories delivered in eight minutes. Using these guidance statements will help participants prepare and describe a stimulating and visual presentation of a situation and facilitate conversations with others interested in contributing.
