Because of the global financial situation in 2008, the Arketing company specializing in marketing real estate, like many companies at that time was at risk. Many of the biggest projects caused a decline in sales, which caused significant losses. The owner Marco Antonio Garza, needed the new equilibrium point and a new projection to handle more adequately the company''s financial situation over the next year 2009.
