Ordering electronic downloads

Most of our collection is available electronically ensuring materials are received instantly. Receiving items electronically is cheaper than ordering paper copies as the price per copy is lower and it eliminates shipping charges. Electronic downloads are supplied as PDF files and are placed in your library area when your order has been processed. For those customers wishing to receive printed copies we provide a fast print fulfillment service.

To help educators select material

Inspection copies

We provide registered, approved programme administrators with access to free online inspection copies on behalf of educators they are linked to. Previewing an online inspection copy allows an educator to assess the suitability of an item for use in the classroom. Inspection copies are not for classroom use, they contain the full text of a case and every page is clearly watermarked as an inspection copy. Inspection copies are accessed directly from the item's record in product search and are supplied as standard pdf files (ie not encrypted). More about accessing online inspection copies

Teaching notes

Most teaching notes are available electronically free of charge for registered, approved programme administrators to access on behalf of the educators they are linked to. If an item has a free electronic copy available it will be indicated on its record in product search. The electronic download will be watermarked with a sidenote including the name of the educator for whom it was accessed. If an electronic copy is not available a paper copy can be purchased by adding the item to your basket. More about accessing teaching notes
