MSF (Medecins sans Frontieres / Doctors without Borders), the humanitarian supply chain (HSC), is under pressure from increasing demand worldwide. Crisis situations are unpredictable and difficult to assess. MSF Logistique aims to strengthen crisis management operations by optimizing the supply chain. To this end, the association intends to develop the strategic objectives of its 'CAP 17' plan: reorganisation of the supply chain, SLA (Service Level Agreement), emergency stock review, project mode organisation, etc.
