Case accessibility

By continuing to use our site you consent to the use of cookies as described in our privacy policy unless you have disabled them.
You can change your cookie settings at any time but parts of our site will not function correctly without them.

We aim to make the materials we distribute accessible to all. Discover more about how this works.

Green light with an arrow in it

The majority of materials that we distribute are provided as PDF files. The information below gives more detail on their accessibility. If you have further questions, or have different requirements, we are always happy to discuss them. Please just get in contact with us.

Are PDF files unlocked?

The PDF files we distribute have Adobe Acrobat security options applied to them so are locked. However, the accessibility option is enabled and allows content copying for accessibility.

Are PDFs enabled for Read-Out-Loud?

Yes, the security settings are set to allow accessibility readers.

What delivery format should I choose for accessibility?

Please choose the ‘Provide access to this on my course area or app’ option when placing your order. You will receive a link to place on your password protected course platform allowing students to open the case as a PDF.

Can I request your cases in an alternative format?

If our PDF’s are not accessible please contact us. We will contact the content owner and do our very best to provide an alternative format.

How can dyslexic students access cases?

If the Read-Out-Loud function is not suitable we recommend using other Text-to-Speech resources such as naturalreaders.com/online.
