The Undergraduate Case Teaching Licence is an affordable way to use cases on your undergraduate programmes. Your school or university can apply for an annual licence for cases taught to undergraduate (bachelor’s degree) students.
What's included?
Select from over 62,000 cases*, management articles and book chapters from a diverse range of leading business schools (full list of participating schools). Cases are available on all aspects of national and international business and management.
New cases are regularly added to the licence. All eligible cases are highlighted in the monthly new product updates that customers can subscribe to.

Additionally, staff at organisations with a licence enjoy exclusive access to an annual online professional development workshop. Led by one of The Case Centre’s expert international case workshop tutors, this two-hour session explores best practices in case teaching and offers practical guidance to enhance case teaching skills. How much does the licence cost?
The annual licence fee is £2,500/€3,000/$3,200 for all organisations.
Our licence year runs annually from 1 August to 31 July. Fees for licences covering only part of this period are charged on a daily pro-rata basis. You can select a specific start date during the application process.
The licence is exempt from VAT.
How are cases accessed?
Once your licence has been paid for and is active, all staff (educators, PhD students with teaching responsibility and programme administrators) at your school or university can access material under the licence.
