Abstract
The partners of an international executive search firm must develop a strategy for presentation to the annual Director''s meeting. Soon after entering the market, the partners are faced with the problem of developing a competitive strategy that would; (a) recognize current economic realities, (b) address the uniqueness of the Canadian marketplace, and (c) utilize the strengths of the parent firm.
