Mahabharata an epic narrative of mythology surrounding the Kurukshetra war is considered by many as a foremost work on Hindu way of life. This paper tries to explore one particular Day of the Kurukshetra war, involving a wartime strategy known as Chakravyuha employed by Kaurava clan and lessons that can be learned from it, in terms of managerial and life skills.
