Abstract
In 2003, Ram Kumar Seshu and his associates started Bangalore-based Born-To-Win Learning Service (BTWLS) as a training firm that would help organizations unleash the full potential of their employees. BTWLS offered four different programs that were aimed fostering team building and building self-management capabilities among individuals. By January 2018, the firm had worked with more than 250 organisations across India. Its programs were conducted in more than 30 Indian cities and offered in 7 languages. In February 2018, Ram was wondering as to what was the most appropriate model for scaling up BTWLS activities. He was keen on expanding the all India footprint from the current 3 cities viz, Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi. He was also looking for possible ways of increasing the facilitator base. This case is useful in discussing the challenges faced in service franchising decision making
