Abstract
This is part of a case series. An international sales manager based in Germany has just been advised that the recently-hired company sales representative who was based in Kubaman (a fictitious Middle East country) has successfully escaped with his two children. Their country had been invaded and occupied by foreign troops for months. Decisions as to what to do for, and with, the sales representative need to be taken.
