Abstract
The case teaches students how exports and general marketing and financial decisions are interdependent. Marketing decisions have financial implications as well as volume effects. Financial decisions have a major impact on marketing effectiveness. Consequently in making business decisions (e.g. pricing or export decisions), the manager must judge two fundamental questions. What will be the effect on market demand and what effect will it have on the company''s financial structure?
