Abstract
The central issue is the decision to be made by the managing director of a small advertising agency. The choice is between accepting or rejecting a risky but otherwise attractive commission from a client, in a situation which is perceived as being time constrained and with imperfect information. The case was written for use on courses dealing with the decision making process but could also be used as a basis for discussing the client/agency relationship.
