Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (673-040-1 and 673-041-1). The case describes the design and implementation of a totally new remuneration system. This is based on job evaluation and a ''step'' incentive scheme. Details of the age structure negotiating procedure are also given. The case follows directly from Bridge Electric Limited (A) (673-040-1). It can be used to discuss job evaluation and the design of incentive based payment schemes.
