Abstract
This is a Spanish version. Electrocat SA is a big German-Catalonian company with its headquarters based in Barcelona. This company has been in Spain for 10 years and occupies the 7th position in the electrical appliances manufacturing and distribution companies'' ranking. In order to strengthen its position in the market and to renew its range, the company is studying the launch of a new product. The student will have to decide on the marketing and commercial strategy of this launch as well as on its action plan, with a detailed description of the company and the market.
