Sanjib has more than two decades of experience in both industry and academia. He has worked with global MNCs such as Satyam Computer Services, Tech Mahindra, and Virtusa Consulting Services. Sanjib’s areas of expertise include business case writing, teaching with cases, business consulting, business research, and sales enablement. Before re-joining ICFAI in December 2018, Sanjib was heading the Strategic Research Group at Virtusa Business Consulting.

Sanib has authored/co-authored more than 300 case studies, and has won many case writing awards, including the 2019 EFMD Case Writing Competition in the Finance and Banking category, and both the John Molson MBA International Case Writing Competition, and the CEEMAN Case Writing Competition in 2005.

Sanjib is a mentor to many business case writers across India and is passionate about the case method of teaching and research. He is currently working as Associate Dean at the IBS Case Research Center, Hyderabad.
