Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is a place where anything and everything is possible. It’s where the boundaries of knowledge are pushed beyond what’s imaginable. Where diverse ideas and perspectives aren’t just accepted, they’re encouraged and embraced. Stanford GSB faculty work with case writing and research center staff to create a diverse case collection, with many focused on global issues. The collection covers a wide range of topics including Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Social Innovation, Global Supply Chain, and International Business. Stanford GSB faculty have leveraged their Silicon Valley connections to create cases that set the stage for discussions about the high-level strategic decisions facing managers and include a portrayal of the industry and competitive environment. In the classroom, these cases provide contextual background, connect theory with application, and develop insight. Since 2023, The Case Centre has received 16 new cases for distribution from Stanford GSB authors. In total the collection available through The Case Centre numbers 1,874 cases, many with accompanying instructor materials, software and videos. 30 of those are prize-winning cases. |
