Abstract
This is part of a case series. This case is about intra-team conflict within a business sales service team of four. All four team members were acquainted but have contrasting personalities. This business sales service team was established after the firm was re-structured to manage an important task for the firm, but the team members are at odds and experience conflict during work. Team members were frustrated by how the team was led (coordinated) which resulted in interpersonal conflict. The value of this case is to help readers consider the relationship between team dynamics and team functionality as well as the impact of communication in team conflict.
