Abstract
The Sofitel Legend Santa Clara is deeply rooted in a prestigious architectural heritage. This is what makes it Unique. This hotel is the very 'gem' of the Sofitel Group, both for the quality of its services and its geographical implantation in Colombia. The Sofitel Group wishes to give new positioning to their newly rehabilitated hotel. Aggressive competition has arisen in the hotel sector of Carthagene, Andes. This is why the Sofitel Group is determined to remain the leaders on the Colombian market. Even though the Sofitel Santa Clara is still the 'Must' in Columbian luxury hotels, it is necessary to bring improvement to offers, in order to convey to the loyal customers as well as the future ones the sensation of exclusivity and privilege that they will find nowhere else. This evolution of the various services must be achieved according to criteriae based on design and modernity, while keeping the French 'know-how' and the Columbian culture and traditions. Lastly, the aim will be to enlarge the target at a national and international level in order to gain worldwide notoriety.'
