Abstract
This is the Spanish version of ''9A82C036''. The president of a construction company must make a decision about replacing one of its engineers. An expatriate engineer was sent to Africa to represent the company in the joint venture and to help in the actual start-up of operations. He and his wife encounter problems settling in socially and at work. The issues are culture shock adjustment for spouses, as well as selection and training. The engineer and his wife return to their home country after four months. The African partner wants him replaced; however, the home country partner isn''t sure what to do.
